Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received.

We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Refund will be submitted in the form of original payment within 5 business days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be deducted from the refund, Felicita Vibe is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed with your financial institution.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not offer exchanges at this time because many of our items are unique and limited editions so if you need a different size we recommend you purchase the size needed as soon as possible to be sure you get the correct size before they have sold through and return the item you previously purchased for a refund.
